1. Please hang the alloy saw blade vertically on a dry shelf. Be sure to avoid damp places. Do not place the alloy saw blade flat on the ground or on a shelf. It will cause deformation of the alloy saw blade.
2. When using, do not exceed the specified maximum speed. The speed calculation method is attached for reference.
3. When using, you must wear a protective cover, gloves, safety helmet, protective shoes, and protective glasses.
4. When installing the alloy saw blade, you must first confirm the performance and purpose of the saw table. It is best to read the saw table's manual first. In order to avoid incorrect installation and cause an accident.
5. When installing the alloy saw blade, you must first check whether the alloy saw blade is cracked, distorted, flattened, or tooth-dropped before installing.
6. The teeth of the alloy saw blade are super hard and sharp. It is forbidden to collide or fall on the ground. It must be handled with care.
7. After installing the alloy saw blade, you must confirm whether the center hole of the saw blade is firmly fixed on the flange of the saw table. If there is a gasket, the gasket must be covered; then, gently push the saw blade by hand to confirm the saw Whether the piece rotates eccentrically and shakes.
8. The cutting direction indicated by the arrow of the alloy saw blade must be aligned with the rotation direction of the saw table. It is strictly forbidden to install in the opposite direction, the wrong direction will cause the tooth to fall.
9. Pre-rotation time: After replacing the alloy saw blade, it needs to be pre-rotated for one minute before use, so that cutting can be performed when the saw table is in working condition.
