Development and application of pipe bending machine in industry
Generally speaking, pipe benders are used more in industrial buildings and can be regarded as an important machine. Below we introduce the characteristics of pipe benders.
1. The elbow arm and the bending spindle are connected as a whole, the bending shaft of the elbow can be replaced, and the clamping die can be moved up and down. Not only the structure is reasonable, the strength of the mechanical part is increased, but the structure is simple and the circuit is simplified.
2. When the feed reaches the last bend, the trolley may collide with the mold. At this time, you can use the "Interference Zone" function, that is, the mold returns to the trolley and continues to feed the elbow arm back to the space angle (POB) to clamp the mold to loosen the chuck, and the trolley exits the interference zone to tighten the mold elbow. In this way, the bending pipe can not only avoid the collision between the trolley and the mold, and ensure the smooth completion of the last bending, but also can reduce the clamping loss of the material head and reduce the production cost.
3. The elbow of the pipe bender can move horizontally along the guide rail. This is when the pipe groove of the pipe bender needs to be adjusted to align with the center line of the machine tool after the bending die is replaced. This is simpler than adjusting the center line of the machine tool by adjusting the guide rail and tailstock on a lathe.
4. When bending, because the trolley acts as a load, it is pulled forward by the pipe. In order to improve the bending, avoid excessive thinning of the wall thickness of the bending part of the pipeline, reduce the rebound, and increase the pressure-increasing device. When bending, the mold not only compresses the pipe, but is also pushed forward by the booster, forming a lateral thrust to help bending.
5. In the pipe bending process, the trolley that completes the linear feed motion (DBB) is pulled forward by the pipe. This eliminates the "positive thrust", thereby eliminating the problem of synchronization between the trolley and the bending speed, eliminating the negative feedback system that the DC motor adds to the "positive thrust", and simplifying the circuit. Because the positive thrust is good for bending pipes, especially when large diameter pipes are bent, positive thrust is necessary. Therefore, the VB pipe bender adds a booster device.
