Before work:

1. Carry out a detailed inspection of the power switch of the aluminum cutting machine, the tightness of the saw blade, and the saw blade guard or baffle. The console is stable and there should be sufficient lighting for night operations.

2. Turn on the main switch of the aluminum cutting machine, try a few turns without load, and allow it to start after confirmation.

At work:

1. Operation with gloves is strictly prohibited. If dust is caused during operation, wear a mask or face shield.

2. Don't try to cut small and short workpieces that are not clamped.

3. Do not perform strong cutting and sawing operations, and let the machine idling for more than 10 seconds to make the motor reach full speed before cutting.

4. No one is allowed to stand behind the discharge port of the saw to prevent short materials from flying out and hurting people.

5. Do not lean over or bypass the body, and do not perform any operations from the saw blade when the saw blade is not stopped.

6. Do not operate when the guard is not in place, and do not put your hands within 15 cm of the saw blade.

7. Cut off the power supply before repairing or replacing parts of the aluminum cutting machine, and wait for the saw blade to stop completely.

8. If abnormal sound is found, the aluminum cutting machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.

After work

1. Turn off the main power supply of the aluminum cutting machine

2. Clean and tidy up the workbench and venue
